For those of you visiting my blog for the first time: Hi! I'm Misha. I mainly write a YA Epic Fantasy, but also have adult books and other genres in the works, in addition to one musical libretto.
I like singing, dancing, stabbing people (fencing), chocolate, writing, reading and now rowing.
I have a deep and profound fascination with swords and daggers, which probably why my beast of an epic contains a lot of swords, but not all that much sorcery.
Uhm... I don't really know what else to tell you, except to say that I'm really happy that you're here.

I did look at this the other day but what with Row80 and fifty-fifty.me and three blogs and trying to write my ahem - DAMN BOOK!! - ahem, I don't know where I'd fit it all in. Plus, I'm not sure what I'd be supposed to do. Just link up and go? X

ReplyDeleteFencing! Neat! I had a friend in college on the fencing team, I was fascinated by it but never brave enough.
ReplyDeleteLet me know how the Campaign goes! I was in the 2nd and 3rd campaign, the 2nd one was amazing and I am still in touch with 9 members in my group. The third one was a flop! I visited everyone in my group, and only a few visited back, and I've only been able to keep in touch with one. I'm not sure why it didn't work that time!
Oh, and I admire your countdown to finishing your book! I think I may do something similar, I'm trying to decide if a bar chart or a count down would be more motivating to me?

ReplyDeleteNice to meet you! I'm writing an epic fantasy as well. I laughed at "stabbing people" as one of the things you like. I'm not really that sporty, but fencing would be something cool to get into :)

Hi! I'm Susan, in your YA group. This is my first Campaign. Actually, I've only been blogging about my writing since January 1st, 2012. Last year, my writer's group and I tried something a little different - Tweeting a story 64 characters at a time. It's called Tweet Addaline. It was rather cool but, unfortunately, we all kind of lost interest. My Blogspot AddalineFan is still active, but I have mainly been blogging using my WordPress identity, My Withershins (http://mywithershins.wordpress.com). ReplyDeleteMy name's Gary and I write a blog that is an absolute waste of time visiting. Why anybody would even venture over to my little known site, is completely beyond me. Although, Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet star, does some pawstings on my site that put me, yes me, a mere human, to shame.
Anyway, delighted you are participating in that campaign that builds platforms. Wishing you the very best with that. I note you now like "rowing". Me, I avoid 'arguments'. Oh my, the English language, eh :)
