A to Z Challenge Theme Reveal

Surprise! I decided a while back to enter two of my blogs into the Challenge this year. The other blog I'm entering is Taking Charge of My Life.
Maybe it's crazy of me, because I also set a certifiably insane goal for Camp NaNo which is running at the same time. But hey. Life's all about taking risks. And if I beat both challenges while hitting my 80k word goal... I think I'll officially qualify as sersiously bad-ass awesome.
Anyway. The reveal.
So this is a blog about my journey as a writer, which includes, but isn't limited to tips and advice for new writers. For all of the challenges I've entered before, I've written tips for new writers, and I don't really see a reason to stop.
This year, the theme will be:

Things Writers Should Know About Being Writers

I think new writers will probably find it especially useful, but the veterans out there can also use a reminder.

Anyone else joining the Challenge this year? There's still time to sign up!

  6. Good theme! Everyone can use a good tip or reminder every now and then. I'll be doing Camp NaNo and the Challenge at the same time as well! Good luck to you!

  7. That's a good theme! I've heard of several aspiring writers who thought they already knew everything there was to know about writing. They were wrong, of course, and the fact that they didn't try to learn more negatively affected their writing. So your theme will definitely be educational and interesting, as well as important. I'm not participating in the challenge, since it's tough enough for me to come up with a blog post once a week!

  8. I have an "eclectic" theme this year, and writers stuff will be in it. More like rants than positive stuff. LOL!

  11. Sounds like a suicidal mission to me, Misha! Here's all my best in making it through and do so standing. :-)

  16. I think that this is a great theme because it works for those new to the game and it never hurts for anyone who has been a while to be reminded about something they've forgotten or to be inspired. I'm looking forward to reading your posts.
